2018 Frankfort Falcons Volunteer Program 

The Frankfort Falcons volunteer program offers our boys and girls the opportunity to play football, cheer and flag football.  Without all the help from our Falcon’s families, the league would not be what it is today.  Thank you for your time and commitment!

The volunteer schedule is managed by you through SignUpGenius. You are 100% respsonsible for signing up. Team moms will not be coordinating this. Click here to go to the SignUpGenius site.

Volunteer Policy
Falcon Parents are required to volunteer a minimum of 2 hours for each child in the league. For approved volunteer opportunities to redeem your volunteer deposit, please see below.

Volunteer forms can only be signed by the a Board Member, League Mom or Volunteer Chairperson. Signed volunteer forms MUST be turned during equipment return so do not lose them!

Failure to fulfill your volunteer duty will result in a revoked alumni status and the loss of $100.There are no exceptions to this policy.

Volunteer duties acceptable for Volunteer Deposit Redemption

  • Head Coach

  • Assistant Coach

  • Team mom

  • Concessions / Grill 

  • Booth Announcer

  • Booth Spotter

  • Chains

  • Clean Up

  • Split the pot

  • Videotape football games

  • Set up football field

  • Clean up after game days

  • Homecoming

Game day volunteer requirements (assigned by team mom) that DO NOT count towards Volunteer Deposit Redemption

  • Halftime snacks

  • Reporter

  • Falcon Fest Baskets

  • Team Photographer

  • Video presentation - end of year

  • Water / Ice / Fruit
