Welcome to the Frankfort Falcons on-line registration page.
We are excited to open registration for the 2020 season. Since the Falcons took off in 2004, we have continued to evolve to meet the needs of our players. As always, our greatest promotional tool are alumni families. Please help us get the word out to new families and help make this year’s registration a success.
Tackle and Cheer - 2 deposit checks will be required. The first is a volunteer deposit of $ $200.00. The second is an equipment/uniform deposit of $200.00. These checks are to be dated November 1st. and are to be turned in when you pick up your equipment/uniform. These are per player checks. Checks will not be cashed but held until equipment/uniform return. When the equipment/uniform is returned and the volunteer requirement is fulfilled, the check will be returned. If the equipment/uniform is missing or the volunteer requirement is not completed, the check will be cashed.
Each tackle and cheer player will be required to participate in our fundraiser. A $100.00 fundraiser fee will be included in your registration fee for all registrants. For example, registration is $250.00, fundraiser fee is $100.00 for a total of $350.00. We no longer have a buyout feature. Raffle tickets will be $10 each and all players will receive 10 raffle tickets. You will keep the money you collect from selling tickets. Raffle tickets will be distributed at an early season practice.
Flag registration is $100. There is NO fundraiser fee for flag. Total flag cost is $100.
Registration fees will be due by March 31st. NOTE: Registration will not be considered complete if the player is not paid in full. Incomplete registrations are not guaranteed a roster spot.
If you are registering for tackle football after March 31st, there is no guarantee of having a jersey available and being on the roster. Please continue to register and we will contact you regarding jersey size to see what we have available. Then you may come back to make your payment. This will be on a first come first serve basis.
ALL TACKLE FOOTBALL PLAYERS must come to live registration for uniform fitting. Date and time TBD.
HOW TO REGISTER
If you are new to our system, you will have to fill out a profile for any new parents and new players. Birth dates and current schools grade are required.
If you already exist in our system, please log in to register family members. If you forgot your password, you will have an opportunity to reset or retrieve your password. Just input your email address and leave the password blank. The system will email you your password. The system will notify you if we do not have your email address.
There is a NO REFUND POLICY.
PLAYING AGES AND WEIGHTS
In order to determine what level a tackle football player can play on, a player’s playing age is determined to be their age as of August 31, 2020. A birth date and grade must be entered in order to register.
You will need the following information when registering:
- Child's date of birth
- Child's current school grade (see below on how to enter school grade)
- Child's Dr.'s name and phone number
- Child's medication and allergies (if any)
How to enter School Grade
The grade level in the system is for the current 2019/2020 school year. The registration system will automatically update grades on July 1st of every year before the season starts. Just confirm the grade we have is correct for the current school year or if it is missing, please enter it. A school grade must be entered.
